The Swan Club
A common area to mingle and relax. The room is built with wooden interior in Swiss cottage architect for a Switzerland vacation in Chiang Mai.
Fireplace lite up is available upon request on a cold night. It's a great place to enjoy hot drink and take selfie!
Playing piano is allow only between 10AM-7PM.
The Swan Lake
With fresh mountain water flowing down the enhanced natural waterfall, we have full body of water in our lake all year long for a nature-up-close atmosphere.
Swan kicking boat and swan feeding are available.
The Swan Fall
Natural spring water run stream down all year long and magnified by artificial waterfall structure. Hidden in the waterfall is the Amitabha Buddha sculpture for spiritual and meditation minds.
Villa rooms have to privilege of enjoying the waterfall up-close on their own private balcony.
The Rice Field
We grow rice twice a year. If you want to take photo with the green rice field, it is recommended to visit at the end of November where the field is fully green and the weather is nice and cool.
Ask us for the seasonal activity of rice farming in August.

Mon Cham
Sea of cloud, floral paradise and sun sweet strawberries!
Mon Cham locates on a hill ridge in the area of Mong Nong Hoi village, only 20 minutes away from our resort.
The weather is chilly all year around. On the east is the ‘Mon Long’ view over the whole area of the Royal Project is sea of cloud. And on the southern part, you will see Mong Nong Hoi village and the development center of Royal Project which is surrounded by layered of vegetable bed.
Play Fa Strawberry Farm on the top of Mon Cham is personally recommended. Not only its large and sweet, but you will enjoy your strawberry picking with a view!
Maesa Elephant Camp
Get close to the national symbol of Thailand
Chiang Mai's largest elephant camp and the 2nd largest elephant camp of Thailand, the Maesa Elephant Camp is a must! If Animal Rights is what you are concern of, you can be sure that the elephants you are visiting are nurtured with love and care. At Maesa Elephant Camp, the have a policy to dedicate one mahouts to one elephant to ensure that all elephants are treated with love and care.
Other than enjoying the elephant's show and ride, you can also visit the elephant nursery to experience the cuteness of the school of playful little elephants.
